These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pawnests.net (the “Store”) and any purchase you make from Pawnest (“Pawnest”, “we”, “us”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products & availability

We try to describe and show products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly on your screen. Products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue items at any time.

Pricing & currency

All prices are set and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates for display only; the amount actually charged is in USD, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees. We may correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed, and will let you know if we do.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges we received your order; a contract is formed only when we accept and process it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount charged if we do.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders may be subject to fraud and verification checks. All order totals (items, shipping, tax) are calculated by us at checkout in USD.

Shipping & delivery

We ship to 90+ countries. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the order.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Accounts & guest checkout

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

The Store and its content — including logos, text, images, and design — are owned by Pawnest or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The Store is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawnest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above.
