Refund & Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number and email).
Items that can’t be returned
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged-by-use items.
- For hygiene reasons, certain grooming and consumable items once opened.
- Items marked as final sale.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send items back before contacting us — returns without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.
Cancelling an order
Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible — we can cancel and refund in full only if the order has not yet shipped.
